Thor’s Power Program 1.0 is the exact program that Hafthor Julius Bjornsson followed to win the World’s Strongest Man Competition in 2018. Learn the tips, secrets and programming principles that Thor used to get as strong as he is today. This program includes:

  • 12 Week Strength Training Program
  • Load Calculator to help you choose the weights on the main lifts throughout the entire program
  • Video Tutorials With Thor And Australian Strength Coach
  • Loads of great information to teach you the best strength training principles and techniques in the world

Requirements: To perform this program, the minimum requirement is a gym with barbells and dumbbells. Cables are preferred, but not necessary.

THOR’S POWER PROGRAM 2.0

Thor’s Power Program 2.0 is a modified version of the program Hafthor Julius Bjornsson followed in to the World’s Strongest Man Competition in 2019. This is a peaking program that will take you either in to a Strongman competition (if you follow the Strongman version), or to peak you to your max lifts (if you follow the Gym Lifts version). This program includes:

  • 12 Week Strength Training Program
  • Load Calculator to help you choose the weights on the main lifts throughout the entire program
  • Strongman: Options for different events
  • Video Tutorials with Thor and Australian Strength Coach
  • Additional access to the Gym Lifts version of the program, which is a modified version that allows anyone to follow the program, even if not training for Strongman style.

Requirements: To perform this program, the minimum requirement is a gym with barbells, dumbbells – and if you follow the Strongman version, strongman equipment. Cables are preferred, but not necessary.
