About me

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson is an Icelandic professional strongman, actor and boxer. He is the first person to have won the Arnold Strongman Classic, Europe’s Strongest Man and World’s Strongest Man in the same calendar year. In May of 2020, he set a new World Record with a 501 KG (1,104LB) deadlift. He played Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane in the HBO series Game of Thrones for five seasons.

Sebastian Oreb (My Coach)

Otherwise known as the Australian Strength Coach, Sebastian is one of the most highly experienced strength coaches in the world. Always practicing what he preaches, Sebastian has personally tried and tested varying training methodologies, dietary plans and spent countless hours under the barbell to figure out first hand what works and what doesn’t. It is through his years of study and experience working with some of the best athletes, coaches and rehabilitation specialists in the world that he has formulated a training system that guarantees optimal strength gains and an incredible physique.

What equipment do I need to have in order to complete the programs?

Thor’s programs are designed and tested in collaboration with his coach Sebastian Oreb (Australian Strength Coach). There are different versions of the programs so that you can complete them with basic gym equipment or strongman equipment. There is even an At-Home program that can be done with only a barbell. New programs are added every month.
